Crest To Peak Counseling Services provides client centered counseling services for individuals ages 13 and up. I utilize evidence based practices that fit each individual’s needs where they are. Areas of expertise or experience include, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, perfectionism, worthiness, depression, grief/loss, life changes, stress management, and interpersonal conflicts. I have experience working in the LGBTQA+ community.
