Crest To Peak is an independently owned and operated counseling service. I, Rebecca Barrett, am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am formally of New Growth Counseling Service.

I’m a down to earth counselor that meets you where you are and goes on the journey with you. I understand the ups, downs, and the internal struggles that may come into play when trying to reach your goal. I also know what it is like to see the beauty and strength that can come from getting through the difficult moments.

At times in counseling, we will use the words “ride the wave” reminding others that this to will pass no matter how intense it can feel in the moment. I’m here to help you on your journey where ever you may be.
